Wow - what a relief to find a snack that can be consumed without worry of unhealthy fats causing inflammation, and pesticides causing toxicity. Although still needing the boundary of moderation, this snack meets all my criteria for a healthy snack. When you are eating a whole new way, sometimes you just crave something that tastes “normal”, but doesn’t take you off the goals you have set for yourself. This is that snack! Hooray!

Found these amazing chips at a random gas station in Wyoming. I’m all about avoiding the awful seed oils but was so excited that these were cooked in avocado oil. Best chips I’ve ever had!
I love these chips. Ever since the first bag I've been hooked. I love they are a small hometown company in Idaho. And I hope they stay true to their Roots!!!! I'll buy these chips as long as they stay humble and true.
